Powerful: the End of Burnout

In this course, you’ll learn the tools and strategies you need to help you break the burnout cycle, even in this crazy busy culture.

For each lesson, download the worksheets and journal prompts first. If you’re more of a paper person, I recommend using one journal, so you can come back to the answers again and again!

I set up the lessons in the order I think makes the most sense, as they tend to build off of each other. The EFT video is there for you whenever you need some quick stress relief.

In terms of your schedule, pick a pace that feels realistic to you based on your schedule and capacity. I highly recommend making a weekly or bi-weekly date with yourself — maybe at a coffee shop to make it a little special, or with a little treat — to dig in for 30min+. You do not need to learn everything at once; slow and steady wins the race.
